I'm sorry, but MS comes out with Windows Updates every week, usually on Tuesdays, so around then, Win10 PCs are going to receive update notifications and slow down while doing the updating. They should be OK after that is done.
Since there is no practical way to disable Windows Update in Win10, it's just something we have to live with.
Sorry, but there is no easy solution to this.
The most likely case is that your keyboard is failing -- as those in laptops are not designed to be durable or long-lasting. I maintain 3 laptops, all over 5 years old, and all have had their keyboards replaced at least once.
And given that your PC is (apparently) no longer under warranty, you would have to pay to have the work done as well as for the replacement keyboard.
For repair estimates, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

If you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/in-en/service-center

Hello
Thank you for the clarification.
Can you identify how exactly it blinks ? Any pattern you may notice ?
Blinking may be a sign of a serious hardware problem, or BIOS issue. The way the PC blinks will help you identify what is wrong. This is computer's way of telling you what is wrong.
When my laptop is opening it comes choose an option and the options are continue , use another operating system , troubleshoot and turn off your pc
And please tell me what the problem ????
I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it helps.
Download and run the Windows 10 Start Menu Troubleshooter from Microsoft.
Method 1:Run system file checker (SFC) and see if it helps.
a. Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
b. Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
sfc /scannow
System file checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.
If it does not help, use method 2.
Method 2:Run DISM tool and check the issue. Please follow these steps:
a. Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
b. Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth.DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.
Let me know how this goes.

Hi where can i download the original HP image for my laptop to reinstall it, it's windows crashed
Sorry, but no you can't -- get the original Win10 image -- because HP does not provide downloads of the Windows OEM version they preload onto HPs.
If you want the HP OEM edition, you have to purchase something known as HP Recovery Media ...
HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.
In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.
You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update".
If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.
Or, if you prefer, you can do the same by contacting HP Customer Service:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (650) 857-1501.
If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, another site you can check is: http://www.computersurgeons.com
When you get the media, if it is a USB stick, insert it into your PC, pressing F9 to get a Boot menu, then select the External USB Hard Drive to boot from it.
Basically -- you can't -- because HP does not make their OEM Windows images available for download.

HP does not supply images for download. I know other vendors do. You have to order a set but since your machine previously ran Windows 10, you can do a clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.
During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page. Normally few Windows 10 updates can install nearly all drivers for you.
Note: If you wish to keep user files and applications/programs (if still accessible), you need to select this option from the beginning.
Regards.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but according to HP, that error message means that your primary storage drive (i.e., hard drive) is in imminent danger of failing. While it could last for several more days, it could also fail immediately! The more you use the drive, the less likely you'll be able to recover anything on it.
So, there are four issues to address here:
1) Data Recovery
2) Drive replacement
3) Recovery Media
4) System restoration
---------- Data Recovery ----------
Your best bet for recovering data now is to do the following:
1) Remove the hard drive from the PC
2) Purchase a USB-to-Hard Driver adapter kit
3) Download and install this utility on a working PC: http://www.majorgeeks.com/news/story/recover_data_in_3_steps_with_minitool_power_data_recovery_free_edition.html
4) Connect the old drive to the working PC
5) Run the data recovery utility to see what can be retrieved from the old drive.
If that tools does not find what you need, an alternative is Recuva: http://www.piriform.com/recuva
And, if that does not work well, the best tool out there is this one, but only the trial version is free: http://www.file-recovery.com/
---------- Drive Replacement ----------
The drive will need to be replaced. When you remove it, you will see that it is a 2 1/5 inch laptop SATA drive.
You can replace this with any similar laptop drive of the same capacity or larger.
If the PC is still under the original one-year HP warranty, or if you have purchased an Extended Warranty and that coverage is still in place, you should be able to get the drive replaced by HP at no charge. To explore that option, you would have to contact HP Customer Support.

---------- Recovery Media ----------
Once you have the replacement drive, you will need to use something known as HP Recovery Media to restore your PC to working condition. Hello
I have recently been having an issue with my HP 15 laptop. It has only been happening recently.
As of late, the fan in the laptop is not spinning as fast as it used to and the temperatures are about 10'C higher than what they were previously (monitored using Core Temp). This is a problem as the CPU (i7-4510U) is starting to throttle to reduce performance at 70'C+.
The fan does spin but it takes longer for the fan to reach its operating speed and the temperature is about 5-10'C higher when it activates the higher speed. The idle temp is also 5-10'C higher.
Nothing has changed about this laptop, no other software, and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the fan as it still reaches speed, just not as quickly.
The only thing that has changed is a BIOS upgrade from F.28 to F.29 and this may be the culprit - as stated, this has not been happening for long.
Any advice or help would be appreciated as I do not see a way to manually adjust fan speed and the only option in the BIOS has been "fan always enabled", which has always been set to ON from the factory (this helps with temperatures).
Regards, Spotify95
Thank You!, so much!
