Hi!

At last I am able to solve the problem of my HP windows 10 notebook. Thank you very much for your helps and suggestions.

That's how I solved the problem:

1.Went to Safe mode.

2.Went to System configuration.

3.Went to boot tab of System configuration.

4.Went to boot options, tapped in safe boot and network.

5.Clicked Apply and OK.

6.Then a box came and clicked "Run without restart".

7.Then went to recovery and clicked "Open system restore".

8.Had a system restore clicking Automatic restore point or something like that.

Though when I tryed to system restore on troubleshootting of startup settings there was showed an error. After starting my laptop there was lot of updates remaining.
Again, thanks a lot IT_WinSec  ....

1. When was the last time the computer was working fine?

Answer: Last Week, While I was playing the screen went White then when I turn the computer off the computer was fine again then the screen went Brown then when I turn it off again then I turn the computer on again and that’s where the issue started.

2. Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Answer: I installed an application called Driver Booster which updates your drivers.

3. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Answer: Yes, I already tried holding windows key and B/V. I also tried the hard reset/hard reboot but all of that didnt work.

I see Expert  hasn't responded for a bit. Let me see if I can give you a hand.

You can boot to the USB recovery media that you should have created by now to access system restore and\or Windows repair tools.

You're very welcome.

Looks like someone removed windows and installed Ubuntu.

See if you can reinstall Windows 10 as follows...

To reinstall W10...Use the Media Creation Tool.  Make the 64 bit installation media.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, since your PC is not working.

W10 will find the product key in your notebook's BIOS, install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...

  1. Select Download tool now, and select Run.
  2. If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
  3. On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
  4. Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.

  5. Select which media you want to use:
  6. USB flash drive.  Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

You can try a factory reset first, but most likely it won't work.

If it doesn't, you will have to replace the HDD.

After a Windows 10 update my Elite desktop is in  HP diagnostic  repair loop where none of the options work such as restore  reset etc. It just reverts back to the original diagnostic screen.

Tried but still reboot after 15% and undo the changes...

I  uninstalled:

HP Device Access Manager
HP Sure Recover
HP Sure Run
HP Client Security Manage

and even changed the bios

- boot security to " Legacy Support and disabling Secure Boot"

-  unticked all sure start protections (but still display "Protected by sure start" during the boot..)
