HP does not make their copy of Windows available for download.
An alternative, since HP OEM Recovery Media is not available, is to use this site: https://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/67-microsoft-windows-iso-download-tool
Download the Windows ISO Downloader.exe file and run it.
When the window opens, select the Windows tab in the upper-right and then click the Windows 7 radio button.
Under Select edition, choose the Windows 7 SP1 OEM Home or Pro -- to match what you have.
That will download an ISO file of the same OEM edition that HP uses.
You can then use the free RUFUS tool to create a DVD or USB stick from that ISO file and then use that to install Win7 OEM.
Hi,
I have recently bought HP360Envy. Yesterday I ran it for several hours. But then in the night I found that its touch screen is not working. It was not responding at for finger touches. Several people tried. However, today in the morning it was working. Kindly guide me what to do?

Your best bet at this point would probably be to purchase HP Recovery Media to do a full factory reset on your PC.
HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.
In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.
You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update". If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.
Or, if you prefer, you can do the same by contacting HP Customer Service:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800)474-6836
When you get the media, if it is a USB stick, insert it into your PC, pressing F9 to get a Boot menu, then select the External USB Hard Drive to boot from it.
Hi WaWoods !
Yes you did say that and I do value your insight & normally I would've taken your advise but I was fortunate enough to have repaired the 1 DVD I was having issues with by using chapstick and a blowdryer. Looks brand new and reads like it is. I wanted to at least give this a shot in the event I was successful not for me but for others who have and will find themselves in the same situation. Given your experience, what would you venture to say is the issue in placing all 3 disk on 1 USB ? I did leave each disk in its own file when loading rather than combining all "Preload" into 1 file, given each file has its own specfic instructions on executing. I get what you're saying "individually," yet there has to be a stop of some sort that would prevent the next file( dsk) from loading. Each disk has code written to execute and allows back to back loading of the DVD's for recovery process, then could it be that each DVD requires it own boot process to execute but isn't that what the boot does ? I get the sneaky suspicion everything revolves on how the first disk is loaded & executed given that is where the Microsoft files are. I assume the Preloads are drivers. Toss me your thoughts on the idea, I hold the opinion if enough knowledge & understanding are gain - then we can prove it can be done. We' re not rewriting the programmers code yet I have a USB Media Recovery on another H.P. and just made another for my Dell Inspirion so if those two systems use a Recovery USB then that's adequate demonstration it can be done.
I was trying to download the software but It’s not letting me it ask me for key product number

Realtek recently updated their support pages, which is why none of the links on that discussion work anymore.
Here are the update links for the audio, ethernet and sd card reader...follow the same guidance on the other discussion for installing the drivers.

Hi All,
The update for pre-release version 18305 bricks the computer on bootup again. Looks like pre-release update 18305 is a one-off that works.
