Windows get crashed, I don't have any backup. I want to install new windows, but without losing any data. Is there any way of doing this ?

Hi:
There is only one way that I know of you can do that.
Make a W10 USB installer with the Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the W10 USB installer and when you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' install Windows over the existing Windows installation, and it will create a Windows.old folder.
After W10 has completed installing, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile, copy and paste your user folders to the new Windows installation, or you can save your files to a portable hard drive.
Once you are sure you have gotten everything, you can delete the Windows.old folder using the disk cleanup utility>cleanup system files button.

Hey, I left my tablet and my kid somehow maanged bricking it and I can no longer boot without the BIOS password, now it's only offering the "system disable code" 52856354.

HP Laptop 14-dq3007ca-Switch out of Windows 11 S mode to Windows 11- any big performance affected
I have a new HP Laptop 14-dq3007ca - Intel Pentium Silver N6000 Processor - 4Gig of RAM.
I would like to switch out of Windows S mode and I would like to know if there is any big performance issue running a similar laptop without S mode.

Windows 11 S mode is lighter than other Windows 11 therefore you won't gain any speed if not less performance. The specs of your machine is

Its CPU is slow, its RAM is tiny that why it is slow. You should be able to upgrade RAM to 8GB max

Laptop won’t start up “boot device not found”
When I start up my laptop it comes up saying “boot device not found”

Laptop still under warranty displays no hard drive found. Sent to HP for repair
Sent HP because it says no hard drive found. Still under warranty (4 months old). They have returned it with letter that simply states fault is due to misuse or accidental damage which isn’t covered by warranty.
my laptop has not been misused or dropped in any way!!!!

Tried the suggested fixes shift-control-alt-R with power-on and ESC-refresh with power-on or power off holding refresh button, I get the same message:

Which one is that ? HP does not use HTTP all HP links now should be HTTPS. Please try again or show me which one.

That is something to do with Windows. Which Windows is it ? Reinstall Windows should fix that.

Missing PCI and SM Bus Controller Drivers After Reinstall
I have the OMEN Obelisk Desktop 875-0xxx.
I just reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 11 (it previously had Windows 11)
I ran the automatic drivers diagnostic from the HP assistant and it only recommended a BIOS update.
However, I have the following missing drivers when looking at Device Manager:
1) PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
2) PCI Device
3) PCI Simple Communications Controller
4) SM Bus Controller
What specific drivers do I need for these devices? Device Manager cannot locate them by searching the internet. I don't want to just start installing drivers randomly.
