Люди помогите ! я меня завис ноут надолго, я его екстрено выключил и включил и бесконечно грузится windows, пробовал переустановить windows, просто бесконечно грузит "запуск windows", я попробовал поставить linux, он работает, смотрел в настройках - нету настройки secure boot, legarcy boot.

C have 1TB but D only have 15.4GB and left 1.83 GB.
I just bought the laptop. The C drive is 1TB but the D drive is only 15.4GB and left 1.83. Is this normal because my previous laptop have bigger space for D drive which is 500GB.

YES, perfectly correct.
The "D:" drive is a Recovery Area containing the Recovery media to re-Install via F11 should things go wrong.
You must take/make a copy, and it is a ONE shot effort to make Recovery Media for yourself onto a 16 GB USB stick and store it safely.
Something like this?

Safe Mode should give options to load to a command prompt.
You dont mention what drivers you are loading and where they load to, that fix the problem.
Is this a Catch 22 situation where the required drivers are on the encrypted volume and cannot be accessed until the volume is active, and the volume isn't active until the drivers are loaded and the encrypted volume is active?
If so I would reduce the size of the volume and ensure the drivers are outside of the encrypted volume and accessible.

Під час відновлення заводських налаштувань сталася помилка. Згодом після спроб все таки відновити віндовс зявилося меню з якого неможливо вийти і в якому написано: " Boot Device not found" та адреса сайту тех підтримки HP. Що робити в даній ситуації? Чи можливо врятувати віндовс? Підкажіть будь ласка, буду дуже вдячний.

Did not work either. It blocked on the same faulty file in the windows/system/driver/ directory.
On old windows versions (like 2000, yes, I'm that old) you had the possibility to confirm step by step the driver loading process. New windos versions did not. They go straight and load all.
The issue is an avira antivirus driver with a faulty signature located in the windowsdrivers directory. Totally useless for boot but no way to say to the system not to load it.

Yes, it is. Installed system dont boot even in command prompt or because the fault is in the driver directory. External supports will boot but not see the drive while encrypted with PBA. Encrypted version of Catch 22 :)

Data configuration was deleted from my Notebook. I can't reinstall or use recovery tools. I'm not understanding why. Would I have to purchase windows 10 again? I can't find product key. Thank in advance for everyone's help.
