Hello, This is my first post and I don't even know if this is the correct area for me to post it, so someone please correct me if it isn't.
I got a new laptop a few weeks ago (HP Pavilion G6) and it has been working fine up till now. I recently notcied that my HP support assistant hasn't been updating me with anything, so I manually searched for any available updates, and it could not find any.
Something that should also be noted is that when I click on my "Action Log", HP support assistant crashes.
This isn't my first problem with HPSA. Before it was doing this, It was finding updates just fine, it would download them, and then is would show that the installation failed. After uninstalling via the HP support website, aswell as Recovery Manager, I have my current problem.
Any help would be appreciated :)
