Hi,
Can you try this;
Download one of your documents to your hard drive
When it is downloaded, right click it and select "Open With"
Select "choose Default Program....."
If Word is shown, select it and make sure that the box beside "Always use the selected ..." is ticked.
If Word is not immediatley visible, you will have to use the browse button to locate the program file for Word.
Once this is done, from now on all these documents will automatically open in Word.
NB - Ensure that the dowloaded document is in a format that can be read by Word, before doing the above
