Thank you for assistance. As per your recommended solution, I uninstalled he HP Supp Asst and ran it for updates. I also downloaded HPSupportSolutionFramework.msi. I tried to run the SW Wizard again, but same result: menu stated :Cannot find SW Program." I also tried to to launch the support under Supp Asst by clicking HP Forums, but got same message of "Launch HP forums has stopped working." Appears uninstalling and reinstalling HP Supp Asst did not do the trick. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for your efforts.
