Today I am suffering with a problem. I am Hp customer. I was purchase HP Pavilion g6 - 2226TU, Laptop, around 2 month ago on (17 mar 2013). I am 1st time purchase Hp any Brand , by services canter provided Hp Purchase Bill and they say if you have any problem then you visit hp near services canter otherwise customer care But I asked when i am purchases please give me Windows 8 OS CD. They says No have this type of any services only you can make BACK UP CD by his system you have also back up in your system otherwise you may contact customer care.
Then after I called to customer care They replied Mr .Mukesh we will never provided Windows 8 CD my Hp services.. But you may make CD by his Hp laptop. After then I asked process them. They reply to me that 1st you have 5 DVD then you call me. but next day Sunday when I purchased DVD Blank Disk, I want to make call to customer care but there IVR Reply you make call to Monday to sat at 9 am to 6 PM. But next day Same to may Office time 9am to 6 pm then after it’s not possible. But after 3 month I called to customer care on 18 Jun. I say to customer Executive then after they say have no any rules and services that I will provided Window 8 CD by HP. Then after Disconnect call by customer executive When Team Leader reply his executive please call repaired. After Then I nervous I not make call to customer care.. Because they disconnect call.
Around one week again make call to customer care I say please provided window 8 CD , they reply have no any services for providing OS CD. Only you make BACKUP By his Laptop. Then after they success ho to make window 8 CD. Same to I tried but not successfully make one error came then after I make screen shoot. And call to customer care they reply you make forward Error massage on north.kv@hp.com .then I forward to north.kv@hp.com. They say 1st checked by technical team resolved you problem ….if problem will not resolved then after provided Window 8 CD.
But after then they call to me and saying to me please provide to me laptop Bill details soft image copy then after provided window 8 OS CD, Then after I provide Laptop Bill details on Monday on india.kv@hp.com with complain Number[Personal Information Removed], then after then call to me and say Mr. Mukesh I will never provided Window 8 OS CD. because your 90 days will done and rule is that if you want window 8 OS DC by Hp support customer care then you make call around 90 day otherwise will never provided Window 8 CD. But then after you want CD by me so we will provide Window 8 CD - 1500 RS. With Discount base.
Sir you know if any customer purchases Laptop dos mood so RS is - 29000Rs only if any customer purchase laptop with Window 8 then pries is 34000 Rs around. as you known I give 5000rs only window 8 .. But if purchased market price then any customer purchase original CD of window 8 OS only 50000rs..
If any customer purchased any laptop such as Dell, Lenovo, Compaq, otherwise any brand if you want window 8 CD then after provided. Around 1 year in warranty pared.
I think I will never purchase any hp brand in any case because have not good customer support and services, have many friends they asked Hp service then I say all history of Hp services and also suggest you will never purchase any brand of Hp . Because today I am weeping and nervous also.
Sir/Mam you are kindly requested by me please if possible then provided window 8 CD. Because I have not able to purchase again Window 8 OS. I have also given 5000 Rs only Window 8 OS.
