I have a Windows 7 HP Laptop computer. I've been trying to create a new folder in multiple locations Pictures and Documents as well as on my Sandisk Flash Drive and it won't allow me too. I click on the New Folder button on the top of the windows explorer box and nothing happens. I even try the right click and scroll down to New but it doesn't show New Folder there.
