The linkthat you referenced downloads as an application: sp55972.exe I do have an extractor so I didn't download 7-zip.org. I ran the IMEI installer and went back to the IDCC.5.5.1.84 file and it partially installed and came up with the same error message, i.e." attempted to install on unsupported platform".
