2. must have admin privalages. im the only user so yes i have admin

3. downlaods say not enough space or i must have read....

4. C drive shows not a spot left and yes not a spot in there. it shows full and empty and i cant even open it

5.  I have tried everything thats posted to refresh my system and i cant even do that, it says refresh is not available, problem getting started.

6.my hp support blue ? up intill this started worked, now when i open the program there is nothing after the first page that you press next, its completely white.

7.  Ive tried unintalling windows updates and either it right away says i cant make chnages or it will sit for twenty minutes at zero

8. after starting and logging in the screen sits black for ten minutes.

im sure im forgetting something.  this really has consumed about eighty hours of my time trying to figure this out.

The only things i think i have not tried since i have no idea how to figure out is things on this sight.

something about explorer.exe might be causing black screen.

If someone can tell if there is a way to force a restart i would be so happy.  I dont have a disc since everything came installed so i was trying to refresh.  If i could get my windows back i would glady restart but i cant even save a back up oh and last thing, it only shows to restore dates.  thanks, im so frustarated
