ENVY dv6-7245us Youcam WEB CAM FAILURE in Windows 8 and 8.1

ENVY dv6-7245us Notebook PC
Product Number: C2M16UA

Just updated to 8.1 but even before then NO WEB CAM found.
Tried lots of things with NO LUCK.
Cyberlink's Youcam is suposed to be included. On secondary note I can't watch DVDs either and that program was suposed to be here as well
Please advise.
