Hi:
You must never install the Intel driver when you have the AMD/Intel switchable graphics.
You must always ignore any Intel video driver updates you may receive from HP or Windows Update.
The only driver that will work is the AMD driver I provided from that related model, and you will never be able to update it.
That is a custom driver developed by AMD/Intel to work specifically for the switchable graphics adapters in your notebook.
If you attempt to install the standalone Intel driver, and somehow it installs, you will lose the ability to use the switchable graphics.
Normally you get an error when you try to install the standalone Intel driver, but there are some folks who are determined to mess up their graphics and find a way to install it anyway.
