Unfortunately that is one error I do not have an answer for.
Several folks get that error and I have yet to find one answer that works.
You will have to google the error and look at the dozens and dozens of home remedies.
You can first start by reading the official Microsoft link regarding this error and see if that helps.
If you ever get W7 to install, please post back and let us know what magic trick worked.
