I find that manuevering your site to be very frustrating.....
I purchased my Pavilion dv6 quite a few years ago.
I never had a need for the built-in camera until just recently...Lo and Behold! Windows does not recognise the TruiVision camera installed in the lid of my unit. Furthermore, the information I am able to gleen on your site is very confusing and evidently beyond my technical expertice.
I am a retired EE and over the years in my career in the aerospace black box community I learned to have the utmost confidence in HP products and at one time was responsible for the purchase, maintenance, and calibration of many ofyour top-of-the-line devices. (literally millions of dollars' worth) I am not currently a big fan of your consumer products.
Perhaps my age is too far along to grasp your diretions on how to ressurect and use this camera. Perhaps the camera doesn't even exist. Perhaps I'll never get a response to this email.
