Restoring an HP Elitebook 8570w

Hello everyone,

Recently, I had to restore my Windows 8 Elitebook 8570w from a no-boot situation. My hard drive was wiped clean, and then I reinstalled Windows. Once recovered, I restored my computer from a Norton 360 backup on an external hard drive, and installed all the required drivers from my Driver Recovery CD. I thought this would be the end of my issues.

Most of my computer's features are back up and running, but I have noticed a few problems (listed below):

--- The keyboard commands for increasing and decreasing screen brightness are not functioning (fn+f9 and fn+f10), but the volume control is working.

--- My fingerprint password is no longer avaliable.

If anyone knows where I could find a solution to these problems, I would love to know.

Thanks
