Just to note, this document from Microsoft states the maximum memory for a 32bit consumer version of Windows is 4GB. Do note that roughly ~3.2GB-3.5GB will be listed provided nothing else (shared video RAM for example) is pulling from it.
I believe the original post's issue is that the maximum detected pool of RAM that is usable by the system is reported as 932MB when using a 32bit version of Windows (it is separate from the native RAM limits of 32bit systems). This has been an issue for some systems that I have seen on the forums and one corrected by a BIOS update. The original poster's system now has a BIOS update that is intended to correct the issue. If a user is encountering this issue using a 32bit version of Windows, please verify the system has the newest BIOS.
