Yes, continue on. I am surprised the USB 3.0 driver didn't install as you can see the usb 3.0 driver is listed as part of the chipset driver file pack.
I'm not giving up so easy.
Download that chipset file again.
Then do the following.
Download and run the free 7-zip file utility.

Now, use that to extract the files from that chipset download into a folder.
Next, go to the device manager and click on one of the usb 3.0 controllers that needs a driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update Driver
Select the Browse my computer for software method and browse to that driver folder 7-zip created wherever the driver file downloaded to (probably the Download folder in your user profile).
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and hopefully the usb drivers will install that way.
