then can i ask you something else then? why is it that i still have the following message, "microsoft click to run: download in progress", what does that mean and why is it still like that if i'm almost certain that the download has already completed? if that message is still there, what could possibly at this point still be downloading if any if at all? do you know by any chance what that means? rsvp. thanks.
