Downloaded Windows 8.1 on to Envy X2 11-g010nr an experienced loss of sound and video card malfunction.
Flicked the 8.1 Preview, went into recovery and reloaded my old Windows 8. Sound is back and no problems with video card. It was a horrible experience. I plan to stay with windows 8 until HP and Microsoft work out the bugs.
