Thanks for the message. I have made recovery disks, but my mom still thinks its not worth it. She recently called a PC repair shop in a nearby town to ask about doing it. A PC expert who was on the phone  said that the PC needed to be installed with software with costs from $100-150 with an additional $125 (I forgot what the additional $125 was for), but I doubt it would cost anything to do this. The PC also has a limited time warranty in which I  think is 90 days (A booklet for the warranty that came with the PC said it was 90 days but I think it could probably be a year or two, I'm not sure, I got the PC on June) and my mom thinks that if I install Windows 7 on it, it could probably delete the warranty and she is also concerned about if its legal to do so. I'll have to wait until the warranty expires. And she could probably still not believe it and I need her to because she has the Windows 7 installation CD that came with another PC I bought long ago. Have any other info? Thanks

Joseph
