I bought this latop 5 days ago. I have been having an issue of the on screen keyboard not working and freezing the screen. Let's say I want to change the name of a folder, I hold my finger over the folder name and the name of the folder turns blue to change it, it prepares to type by showing the text cursor however the keyboard does not appear. Also, the screen freezes, I cannot close the window, I press on the icons in the task bar and nothing happens. It does recognize that I am pressing on things because you can see the gray show touches when I press on the screen. Switching from tablet mode to off does nothing.
In some cases, the outline of where the keyboard is supposed to be does appear however it stop there and does not show the rest of the keyboard, it does not grey out the space or show the keys. All it does is show the outline of the area of where the keyboard is supposed to be.
To get out of the freezed screen, I rotate my laptop back since it does not need the on screen keyboard when used as a normal laptop.
Please help, how do I fix this?
