Alex,
You are welcome.
One of the things missing from standard Windows 8 seems to be the old Games Explorer application.
You can still create a shortcut for Games Explorer and see what the system thinks about your Games situation.
Create a Shortcut:
Right-Click on empty area in the Desktop > New> Shortcut
When the Create Shortcut menu box shows up on the screen >
In "Type the location of the item", add the following line:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /E,::{ED228FDF-9EA8-4870-83b1-96b02CFE0D52}
Click Next
Give your new Shortcut a name, for Example:
Games_Explorer
then, click Finish
==============================================================================
- Execute(double click on) the ShortCut -- it should open the Games_Explorer menu
Once the Games_Explorer menu (window) opens,
you can Right-Click nex to the Name column and add to the "show" list, for Example:
Show Install Location
==============================================================================
Will this exercise do you any good? Unknown. Worth a try to see if you can find the listing of the games.
