Here is the latest version of Power DVD 10, from June 2013. It's pretty much an OEM product for HP so it is kept up to date.
But if you want to go to DVD 13, you Cyberlink usually gives a discount to get you to move to 13, if that's what you really want, but if 10 works, why spend money.

It's not just some outdated version of DVD10, Cyberlink has even included Cinavia detection. (that's sarcasm incidentally) :smileytongue:
