I'm running an HP Envy m6; Product number is D1C68UA#ABA.
Simplepass doesn't load, I get the error
"The TrueSuite engine failed to initialize properly. Restarting the application, restarting the computer, or reinstalling the application may fix this problem. The application must now exit."
Restarting Simple Pass doesn't work, restarting the computer doesn't work, and neither does uninstalling and reinstalling. (I've seen in other forums to delete the AuthenTec folder after uninstalling, but after I uninstall, that folder doesn't exist to be deleted.)
When I first got the computer, I didn't have problems. Had to send the computer in for repair, It was completely wiped; I've seen the error ever since.
