I have a Spectre XT 15 running Windows 8.1. I'm stuck trying to do an update (KB2919355). There are several fixes posted on various sites as this appears to be a common problem. However, none of these fixes work for me. I'd like to do a refresh to see if that helps, but when I try it tells me some files are missing and can't continue. I made my recover USB when I got the unit, but that doesn't seem to help. How can I do a refresh on this unit?
