Same problem here. HP Support says I have a new update, goes all the way through the download, and then stops at the install. After "Next", it again says that the update is available. I tried three times and got the same result.
PLEASE HP -- DON'T SEND A REPLY SAYING I MUST DO THIS AND THEN DO THAT. This should have been an easy thing to get the install if only your under-paid help would have set it up correctly in the first place.
Possibly, Cyberlink did not provide the correct install process. BUT - HP should have checked it out before sending out mediocre-inept- sh$%tty results to the consumer.
Oh well ----- What do you expect?????????
