If I understand correctly, you are asking for BIOS password of the unit but not WIndows. If my understanding is correct, please type incorrect password thrice and give me the halt code so that we can provide an unlock code.
If my understanding is wrong, please elaborate the issue and also provide the system model number along with the operating system installed on the unit.
