Re: lost simplepass secret question

Thanks for the reply.

I don't believe it's asking for the Admin password as my admin password is 11 characters and Simplepass is displaying its number pad and asking for a 4 digit pin. When I enter the wrong 4 digit pin 3 times it then asks me to answer the dreaded secret question which unfortunately must have an erroneous character in it because it doesn't like my answer.
