I have an HP Envy 15 Notebook PC Model: 15z-j100 with Windows 8.1. I've forgotten the master password AND THE SECRET question's answer. I've tried to use the HP Recovery Manager to no avail. I've also downloaded and installed version 8.00.57 to no avail. Every time I try to get into the app it keeps asking for the master pin. The kicker is.. I have yet to add any passwords to Simplepass. How do I recover from this?
