December of 2012. I had to have the laptop wiped clean because it wasn't recognizing the os. The person who fixed it, put in Windows 7, and everything worked fine. About November of last year I tried to watch a dvd on it and it wouldn't work. I tried to update it, but it's not avalible to be updated. I will try to remove it and see if that works.
