Re: SSL certificate error

For the error message that you are getting about certificates, I would first make sure that your Java is up to date. The next step after this would be to clear the SSL state for Internet Explorer. I have included the steps below on how to do this.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools (gear)
3. Click on Internet Options
4. Click on the Content Tab
5. Click on Clear SSL state under certificates

There are some other options that you can try in the link 'My computer keeps giving me certificate errors on every website I go to', from the Microsoft Support Forum Website.

If you are still experiencing the same issue after the above step, have you tried using a different browser such as Firefox, or Chrome? Does the same thing happen?
