HP Pavilion dv6 & Magic Descktop

Hi,

I bought a HP Pavilion dv6 which came with Magic Desktop Software (for kids) and a license to use it. But now, after an update of this software, the license is no more recognized and when my kid runs the Magic Desktop, it ask to pay for a license. Why the license has been lost? There is one shipped with the notebook but can't find it anymore.
