The hard drive in my wife's venerable (but reliable) G60 gave up. After five or six years, we can't find her recovery disks. The Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity is also illegible.
My wife bought a replacement drive through a local retailer. How do I download a copy of Vista to burn to CD (or get media), and can HP support provide the original certificate number if I give them the serial number? Who do I start with?
