The use of another physical nic is an interesting work around. What I am doing now is not using that system for any Windows Phone development, and will purchase another system when funds allow for any future development with Windows 8 or higher (I've heard that another version will come out within a year or so, to replace Windows 8) and that system I have restored Windows 7. This issue has been abandoned by myself, I am sorry, but I hope all information within this issue will help another user.
