So, looking at the link you posted, you aren't even getting as far as being able to load the drivers.
BTW, you may have to put the sata drivers on a separate flash drive, I believe.
The way I see it, your ISO image is bad.
You either do not have the entire ISO file, or some other issue with the file.
I would re-download it again and use this tool to make the file bootable onto a USB flash drive or DVD.

You can download the applicable version of W7 ISO at the link below. Use the SP1 Media Refresh files as they are the latest ones.
