sorry but youi are wrong on this. I have went through that and uninstalled the HP Connection Manager and rebooted and that error doesnt go away. also reinstalling it doesnt correct it either. Another forum suggested it was the HP Quick Launch. I went through the motions on it as well. no go. still looking for a valid solution.
