hi i have hp envy m4(HP ENVY m4 Notebook PC ) and having 2 issues here the first is wheneve i upgrade to 8.1 ,y laptop refuses to start so i have to go back to 8.0(always telling me about a missing component) and the second i have lost my recovery discs how can i get another recovery of my windows. thanks
