Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.

 

 

As a first step to fix this issue, I would suggest you perform "System Restore" and restore to a state at least a day before the issue appeared.

Please, disable temporary your antivirus software and run System Restore and do the restoration to a point a day before this first happened.

 

 

If by any chance System Restore does not work/does not help,  please back up your most important data to external media (such as USB flash drive, external hard disk drive, etc...) and perform HP System Recovery. This would restore your computer to factory default settings. Full information and videos how to achieve this can be found here:
