There are no W7 graphics drivers for the 8670M that I (or anyone else) know of.
You can try the AMD beta driver, and if that doesn't work then you will have to do without the AMD graphics or install a supported windows operating system.
Installing these drivers used to work around 6 months ago but AMD changed the beta driver and for a while this method wouldn't work.
Someone posted the other day that the latest beta driver works, so all I can say is give it a try.

Now, there is a certain method required to install the graphics driver.
1. Install the Intel chipset driver and reboot.
2. Install the Intel HD graphics driver and reboot.
3. Install Microsoft Net Framework 4.0.

4. Install the above AMD beta graphics driver.
Here is the link to the W7 ethernet driver you need so you can connect to the internet. You want the second file on the list.
I don't know what model wireless card your notebook has, so I don't know what driver you need for that until you install Windows and can post the hardware ID for the wireless card.
