There is no download for Recovery Disk. You have software on the laptop to burn Recovery Disks.Maybe you burned it and put them away when the machine was new?
If not, I doubt that HP still stocks Recovery Disks for this model. You may be able to get them at third party site such as computersurgeon.com but you need the full model number as listed on the Service Tag attached to bottom of laptop to find the correct set.DV9000 is the series with hundreds of models in that series.
