I would like to Thank, SuperMario1, and, REO, also the many others that me try and get my YouCam working. All was in vain...I give up!!! I have un-installed, re-istalled, and , updated the YOUCAM 3, and my printer( It didn't work when I got my notebook back) for the past week and half...cam still not working. I finally got my printer to work. I give all the credit to the repair tech in North Bay Ontario for this screw up...the repair person replaced the top on my HP 2000, due to, a melt down...the capture lense for my youcam is in the lid...HOW MUCH TIME WOULD IT TAKE TO CHECK THAT IT WAS OPERATIONAL BEFORE SENDING IT BACK TO ME!!! Thank You again for all your support...But I'm done. I have other HP products that work fine, but I will question weather I will buy another HP device after this!!! The frustration just isn't worth it!!
