Hey JPeace16,

I'm sorry you're running into this trouble with your display. The good thing is you've got an image on the external display and Windows is loading properly. That gives you a lot more to troubleshoot with and it seems you've already done quite a bit.

Did you replace the LED panel with a brand new LED panel or just reseat that same original panel?

Do you have both Intel and Nvidia listed in Device Manager Display Adapters? If so, what graphics driver version do you have? (Device Manager > Display Adapters > Intel/Nvidia > Properties > Driver tab > version number)

If you have Nvidia listed in Display Adapters, have you tried getting any driver version directly from the Nvidia website? If not, don't, it can mess with the HP OEM drivers.

In Device Manager do you see any 'Unknown' items listed? Any yellow caution triangles/symbols?
