It won't shut down when you do a cold start because the heat sink can manage your cpu temp. When you're doing a restore it requires lots of cpu so it's getting heat. Heat sink can't manage that much heat. As I said the internal fan may be not able to cool down the heat sink or heat sink not moving the heat towards the cooling fan area. Please take a Technical engineer assistant regarding this
