What version of Windows are you using? If you are using Windows 7, open the computer properties by clicking on start, then right clicking on computer, and selecting properties. After that window opens up, in the left hand column you'll see "Device Manager" and you can click on that, click yes in the security window that opens up and you'll be able to view it from there. If you are using windows 8, bring your cursor to the lower left hand corner of the screen, right click, and select "Device Manager" and you'll be where you need to be at that point.
