Hi Hyo_Cry, welcome to the HP Forums. It is useful to include the exact model number of your DV7, as HP has many versions. I will use the "HP ENVY dv7-7240us Notebook" as a reference point. The SMART Check & Short DST messages you referred to indicate the hard drive is working properly. The Hard Disk (3F0) error typically mean means the hard drive has failed. Hopefully this mismatch of errors can be resolved with this troubleshooting document for startup problems. This one is specific to Windows 8. Find the section "An error message displays on a black screen" and start there.
Computer Does not Start (Windows 8)

Here is the same document for Windows 7, in case this is your installed operating system.
Computer Does not Start (Windows 7, Vista, XP)

If you require further assistance, please provide the model number of your DV7, and the version of Windows installed. These documents will help you find that information.
