Hi RONALDOo. Can you try to completely uninstall HPSA from your computer.
How To Uninstall A Program
Reboot your computer, and then run disk cleanup, making sure you at least have 'Temporary Files' (you can have any other ones checked you want).
How To Delete files using Disk Cleanup
Download and install the latest version of HPSA.
