HP Recovery Manager screen won't go away.

When I try to boot up my HP Pavilion Dv6 and it says "Windows is loading files......" and then a blue loading line going left to right and then up pops the HP Recovery Manager screen. Here, it gives me options to click with options like "Microsoft System Restore", "System Recovery", "Run Computer Checkup", etc.....I can click Cancel and it says Reboot, Shutdown, or Cancel, but all three choices lead me back to the original HP Recovery Manager screen.

Can anyone help get this away and back to my desktop using the laptop as usual?
