Yeah in some computers it will come up as the cd/DVD icon but when I do double click on it , it doesn't do anything, I've tried troubleshooting it as well but said it couldn't detect any problems with it . It's just the actual program itself the simple save program doesn't open , it's like it was never there so I think that's why I can't get access to any of my stuff !?
